Responsibilities
- Strategic products & partnerships: Researching & scoping out business opportunities, prep pitching, structuring and negotiating deals and partnerships.
- Be the face of business development and partnerships at our protocol.
- Along with the direct supervisor define our protocol’s partnership strategy (define goals and implementation strategy)
- Close Partnership deals to drive growth.
- Leverage existing contacts and build new ones to drive partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners.
- Building win-win relationships with new and existing partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years growth & business development experience
- You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of success.
- Ability to work independently, in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Experience in leading Business Development at a B2B technology company
- Track record of managing and implementing business strategies at a successful crypto business development
- Can communicate in technical and non-technical ways with various audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing partnership and sales strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience working in web3 and DeFi
- You've worked in seed-stage pre-product-market-fit startups before and thrive in ambiguous & early-stage environments
